Samples and Restrictions:

Electric vehicle charging interfaces (plug, socket-outlets, vehicle connectors), industrial purpose plugs, socket-outlets and couplers.

Application:

To test the vehicle plugs, and socket-outlets, connectors to withstand the specified pull force and torque.

Test Principle:

Pull is realized by single-phase speed-regulating motor to drive the eccentric mechanism, the motor speed is adjustable, to ensure the accurate time for each pull force applied; torque is achieved using cylinders, trays, weights and time relays.

Structure:

Pull force is applied through weights, torque is applied through weight and torque arm. The preset counter and the digital display time relay are used to control the cycles of pull test and the time of the torque test. The test cycles or the test time reaches the preset value, the apparatus will automatically stop testing. The maximum allowable displacement of the flexible cable of the plugs, socket-outlets and vehicle connectors shall not exceed the standard requirement after the test.
