The Calibration Device for Spring Hammer Test Apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of IEC60068-2-63:1997 Annex A, IEC60068-2-75:1997 Annex B, and etc.

The calibration principle of the spring impactor calibration device is based on the principle of energy conversion, which converts the potential energy generated by the mass and drop height of the impact element into the kinetic energy of the impact, and absorbs the energy through the pendulum as an equivalent indication.

The maximum resolution of this device is 0.02J. In the design, the release mechanism is improved to minimize the impact of vibration on the test when the spring impact hammer is released; the swing rod and bearing made of high-quality steel improve the accuracy and stability of the device.
