IEC60335-2-9 Toasters Abnormal Operation Endurance Test Equipment

1. Product overview

This equipment is based on IEC60335-2-9:2006 clause 19.101 production. It is mainly used for testing the on-off life test of household and similar bread toasters under rated input power and normal working conditions.
The driving mechanism is used to automatically realize the switch on and off of the bread loaf toaster. After each operation is completed, the machine is forced to cool to room temperature. Every 6 times of baking is forced to cool.
It adopts multi-function general fixture, which can hold different samples. It is universal and suitable for most bread toaster tests.

2. Main technical parameters

The dimensions of the equipment are 600×400×800 (mm) W×H×D, and the weight of the equipment is 80kg.
The equipment needs to be powered on, and the manual panel (button control) & touch screen system is used to control the operation or stop of the equipment. It is equipped with cooling fan and infrared temperature measurement system.
The equipment is tested by mechanical clamping, and the position of the clamping point can be adjusted, so it is suitable for most toasters.
