Sample and restrictions: Household electrical plugs and sockets (BS and VDE) and cable reels for household and similar purposes.

Test purpose: Test the temperature rise of household electrical plugs and sockets (BS and VDE) and cable reels for household and similar purposes in working state and under overload condition.

Test principle: Use the voltage regulator to adjust the voltage so that it can supply power at the rated voltage, and adjust the internal resistance of the equipment to reach the output of the rated current or 1.5 times the rated current (under overload condition test). Measure the temperature rise after the standard power-on time. The equipment can control the power-on time, with real-time display of current and voltage, and can perform on-off cycle (on-off) test. Optional temperature recording function.

Equipment structure and features: PLC control, touch screen operation, voltage and current can be displayed on the touch screen. If the temperature recording function is selected, the touch screen can collect and display the temperature, temperature rise and temperature-time curve.

Technical parameters:

Voltage adjustment method: adjust the voltage adjustment knob on the left, and the voltmeter will display the voltage value in real time.

Current adjustment method: first select the current range, then use the fine-tuning knob on the right below to adjust it, with a resolution of 0.1A. If 14A is required, you can select 1+3+4+6=14A, and then use the fine-tuning knob to adjust it at 14.0A
